Noel KerrManaging Director & Group CEO
Noel was the founder of Bothar Boring in the late 1980's and CEO of Diversified Construction Corporation Pty Ltd (DCC), an oil and gas pipeline construction and maintenance business which operated across Australia. Following the merger of DCC with the publicly listed Walter Mining Ltd in late 2005 the merged entity was floated in December 2006 as WDS Ltd. As CEO of the oil and gas business division of WDS Ltd Noel drove his segment of the business to an annual turnover in excess of $200 million. A natural entrepreneur who loves innovation, and growing business he has over three decades of experience in business ownership and in all facets of trenchless installation in Australia, the Middle East and Europe.
Tony GuinanExecutive Director & Group COO
Tony began his relationship with Bothar Boring in 1993. Tony has played a pivotal role in the growth of Bothar Boring during his 25 years of service with the Company. His industry knowledge and technical understanding has helped to drive Bothar's growth and expansion to be one of Australia's leading trenchless installation providers.
With extensive experience in the oil, gas and trenchless tunnelling Tony has been instrumental to the Company in driving major innovations in trenchless technology and has directly managed various large-scale projects throughout Australia, the Middle East and Africa.
Christine HaywardChief Financial Officer
Christine is a Fellow Certified Practicing Accountant and Fellow Governance Institute of Australia with over 25 years experience in senior finance and accounting positions. An accomplished executive manager with an extensive track record of successfully aligning core financial and operational business support services with organisational strategies. Christine's experience is across a broad range of industries including, infrastructure, transport, seniors' accommodation and retail with proven ability to effectively establish and improve business operations through strong financial controls and management, cost reduction, process efficiencies and customer service delivery.
