Alastair is a qualified Engineer and Accountant with 30+ years’ working experience, specialising in the commercial leadership of major Joint Ventures on nationally significant road, heavy rail and resource sector projects – establishing commercial frameworks, restoring control to distressed programs, and resolving high-value upstream and downstream disputes where entitlement and quantum are heavily contested. He continues to build commercial capability across the industry, training both engineering and non-engineering staff to think more commercially.
